Easy Tee Golf LLC (“Easy Tee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our Merchants (golf courses) and their End Users (golfers). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our website, booking engine, and SaaS platform (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information Provided by Merchants: When a golf course signs up, we collect business names, staff contact information, and billing details.
• Information Provided by End Users: When a golfer books a tee time, we collect name, email address, phone number, and payment preferences.
• Information from Third Parties (Square): Because our platform integrates with Square, Inc. (“Square”), we may receive information from your Square account, including customer databases, transaction history, and loyalty program details, to ensure your tee sheet and POS stay synchronized.
• Automated Information: Like most web services, we collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Facilitate and confirm tee time reservations.
• Synchronize data with Square POS for seamless check-ins at the course.
• Send Transactional Communications (booking confirmations, waitlist alerts, and receipts).
• Send Marketing Communications (only where the user has opted-in to receive news or promotions from the golf course or Easy Tee).
• Analyze platform performance and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the Golf Course: If you are a golfer booking a tee time, your data is shared with the Merchant (the golf course) to fulfill your reservation and manage their customer relationship.
• With Authorized Subprocessors: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who perform essential functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, POS synchronization, and automated email/SMS delivery. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as a business asset.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of Easy Tee, our users, or the public.

4. Merchant Responsibility (Data Ownership)

Easy Tee acts as a service provider to our Merchants. The Merchant is the “owner” of their customer database. While Easy Tee provides the tools to communicate with golfers, the Merchant is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect and use that golfer’s information for marketing purposes.

5. SMS and Mobile Data

If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications (such as waitlist alerts), Easy Tee will use your mobile number solely for that purpose. We do not share mobile consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. You may opt-out of SMS alerts at any time by replying “STOP.”

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Correction: You may update your account information at any time by logging into the Services.
• Email Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in the footer of our communications. Note that you will still receive transactional emails related to your bookings.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. International Users

Easy Tee is based in the United States and is intended for use in the U.S. and Canada. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
