To support the delivery of our Services, Easy Tee Golf LLC (“Easy Tee”) uses certain third-party service providers (each a “Subprocessor”) to assist with data processing activities.
A Subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Easy Tee who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may include Personal Data). Easy Tee performs a security and privacy review of every Subprocessor prior to engagement to ensure they maintain high standards of data protection.
Infrastructure & Core Processing
These subprocessors are essential to the core functionality of the Easy Tee platform, including reservation management and POS synchronization.

Recent Updates and Notifications
Easy Tee will update this page if we intend to add or replace any Subprocessors.
- Notification Period: Per our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), we will provide Merchants with at least 15 days’ notice before a new Subprocessor is authorized to process Personal Data.
- Objection Rights: Merchants may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection by contacting info@easyteegolf.com.
